Reception

We admit 30 children into Reception class. The children learn through a range of structured play activities and enjoy being in both the indoor and outdoor areas. As the year progresses the children join the rest of the school for worship and break times.

  • Children start in the September after their fourth birthday
  • Apply online through your home Local Authority's admission process before 15th January of the year of entry. Follow the link here
  • In addition to completing the Local Authority's admission process, applicants should complete the school's Supplementary Information Form if applying for a foundation (church) place, or for the child of a member of the school's teaching staff, or for a child in our Nursery who is eligible for the Pupil Premium. This must be submitted to the school office by 15th January of the year of entry.
  • Places are offered by the Local Authority on 16th April of the year of entry.
