On Friday afternoon we visit the Woodland. 

It is an important and enjoyable part of our week.

We spend time exploring, noticing the changes in our environment and finding out about the flora and fauna. This afternoon we found worms and made a worm world. Played a game in partners where one person was blindfolded and the other one guided them to a tree to touch it and back and they had to identify the tree they had touched. We used mallets to tap in a huge quantity of sticks and painted the different things we could see. We also enjoyed  climbing some of the trees. Mostly we enjoyed the gorgeous spring sunshine!
