This school takes notice of and adheres to all the national and local policies and guidance in regard to Safeguarding Children and Young People.
I am delighted to welcome you to the St Dunstan’s, Cheam, Church of England Primary School website which will give you an insight into life at our school and the children, staff, governors and parents who make up the school community.
We are a very successful and forward-looking school, seeking all the time to improve and progress. We are very proud to be a Church of England school and we value our strong links with both the Southwark Diocese and our parish church, St Dunstan’s Cheam. We aim to provide a happy, inclusive, secure and stimulating learning environment where Christian values are embraced by all, no matter what their faith background. Working together, we will nurture individuality, provide challenge, develop self-esteem and promote respect for each other, enabling the children to grow into confident, responsible and compassionate young people with high aspirations for the future.
For those visitors to this website who are new to our school, may I extend a warm welcome. To those of you who are already part of our School community, may I thank you for your efforts on our behalf. To all, may I assure you of our intention to do our very best for the children you have entrusted to our care.
If you are interested in sending your child to St Dunstan’s, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information or to arrange to come and visit the school where you will receive a very warm welcome, experience the caring ethos which is so important to us, and see for yourself whether you believe St Dunstan’s is the place for your son or daughter.
I look forward to welcoming you.
